DVC Polynesian Village

“Wonderful addition to Disney vacation club!”

We took a 9 night vacation to Disney World in May 2016. 2 nights were spent in 2 Polynesian studios. I hadn’t been here since 2002. We loved the studios. We had a standard view, but after doing research, I knew what to request to hopefully have a slight view of the castle, and they obliged! The rooms were ready several hours earlier than check in time. Everyone was friendly . The beds were extremely comfortable . The pull down bed under the tv was comfortable for our 5 year old, however keep in mind , it’s not a full twin. My very tiny 14 year old slept on it on our 2nd room, and he was too big for it. It’s meant for a small child.

The pool areas are wonderful. The food is amazing . Ohana is a must do for us for dinner each visit regardless of where we stay!

We rented Sea racers, and the people running things were very friendly . It was so nice to be o the water around that area.

Lilo’s clubhouse was great for our 5 year old. In 20 visits to Disney , I had never left my kids anywhere! She stayed from 4pm til 10pm and had a blast!

If you want a bright hotel, you may not like the darker theming. Go to Beach club for that! (That’s our all time fav) but this hotel does not disappoint!

Stayed July 2016, traveled with family
