Below you will find sales and ROFR data from offers that were accepted and sent to ROFR during the month of March. Disney’s Right of First Refusal (ROFR) takes approximately 30 days from the date sale contracts are submitted to DVC. Average sale prices remained steady in March compared to February resales with very slight decreases seen at Beach Club, Old Key West, Hilton Head and Vero Beach. This month was a quiet one for ROFR with only one sale purchased by Disney. Congratulations to all buyers who had their contract approved!
