Below you will find sales and ROFR data from offers that were accepted and sent to ROFR during the month of July. Disney’s Right of First Refusal (ROFR) takes approximately 30 days from the date sale contracts are submitted to DVC. We saw three contracts exercised under Disney’s Right of First Refusal in July with all other contracts waived.
Sale prices remained steady for most resorts compared to May and June sales. Bay Lake Tower and Beach Club are slightly lower on average than the previous months, which is to be expected. Those two resorts increased exponentially at the end of last year and are now starting to settle back down with the market.

*Average sale price is based on total monthly sales for each resort, regardless of contract size. Typically, smaller point contracts sell for around $10-$15 per point higher than average due to high demand and low inventory.
