Part of every resale purchase is Disney’s Right of First Refusal (ROFR) which takes approximately 30 days from the date contracts are submitted to DVC. Below you will find sales and ROFR data from offers that were accepted and sent to ROFR during the month of February. Compared to January resales, average sale prices remained steady for most resorts with slight increases seen at Grand Floridian, Old Key West and Vero Beach. This month we had 6 sales exercised (purchased by Disney) and most were Saratoga Springs contracts.
