Disney’s Right of First Refusal (ROFR) takes approximately 30 days from the date sale contracts are submitted to DVC. Below you will find sales and ROFR data from offers that were accepted and sent to ROFR during the month of April. Average sale prices slightly decreased for most resorts in April compared to March resales with increases seen at Beach Club and Old Key West. This month we saw three contracts exercised during Disney’s ROFR. Congratulations to all buyers who had their contract approved!
