I am considering adding more points to my current Saratoga Springs contract and came across a website at www.resalesdvc.com Does anyone know anything about this company? I've heard of the Timeshare Store but the other website has an offer which is more appealing. Any past experience or knowledge with either of these companies would be greatly appreciated.

 

My BIL/SIL purchased a 150 point OKW contract from Jaki and Kinn in January 07. The contract had all 05 points banked. all 06 points and all 07 points coming (Dec UY). They got a good price on the contract and were very pleased with the service they received from Kinn. While I have no experience directly with them, my BIL/SIL said they wiould purchase from them again. Good luck!

we bought our BWV resale contract from Jaki a couple of years ago...she very professional and very attentive to our needs. i wouldn't hesitate to use her as a broker.

 

I don't think Jaki and Kinn work there any longer. I received an email from them to that effect with a new website....I'll try to find it. Anyone else have it? Good people too just like the TSS people.

 

Jaki and Kinn found us our first contract. Although it isn't officially closed yet. (We have passed ROFR). Both of them have been very pleasant to work with and will definitely not hesitate to use them again for any add ons that might or might not take place. Rob

Congraulations on making your offer. We did our resale with Jaki Apetz with A Timeshare Broker. Is this the same broker that you are reffering to? She was great, did everything electronicly and via the mail. She walked us through ever step. If I recall the title company that we utilized was Holland & Night LLP. We purchased 310 points at OKW, the whole process took about 30 days from the time we made our offer till when we were in the DVC system. I would use her again.

It is indeed the same Jaki Apetz with A Timeshare Broker. They accepted our offer at $70/point for BCV so now we are just waiting for Disney approval. Thanks for your input on Jaki. So far so good with her service. Everything has been great to this point.

:)  I did inquire about resale with Jackee (sp) at www.atimeshare.com and she was extremely knowledgeable and I would have felt comfortable with using her services. After all, it's not the agent's fault that people borrow points and then try to sell, and there are some contracts out there that are more reasonable with available points, you just have to find them.

I have purchased 2 resale contracts through Jaki. In both cases I was extremely pleased with communication and results. In fact, one of the contracts had a whole bunch of banked points that were expiring very soon and Jaki was instrumental in expediting our closing (in DVC sytem the day after closing) so that we were able to use. A+ service IMO. We sold some points through Jaki and she was awesome. I highly recommend her.
