The process of listing and selling is easy...all the work is left up to us!

• First thing you do is give us permission to sell your membership by returning the signed "Open" listing documents found in your Seller Info Packet.

• We then advertise on our website and other outlets for maximum exposure of your listing. We also send out all new listings to thousands of customers via our "New Listing Notifier."

• When an offer is made, we present it to you. You have the option to accept, counter or decline. If you decline a full price offer, we DO NOT charge you a penalty fee. 

• Once all parties have agreed to the offer, we prepare the contracts and email them to you. Both buyer and seller return the signed documents to us via fax or email scan. We will provide you a copy of the signer buyer contract for you records.

• We then submit all signed contracts to Disney for their Right of First Refusal. Once approved, the final documents are sent to you by the title company. If Disney exercises their ROFR, they take over the closing and all terms of the contract are honored. Disney charges a $50 estoppels fee, paid at closing.

• All monies are disbursed by a licensed, bonded and insured title company in the manner you instruct.

Regardless of whether Walt is telling Mickey to go forward to be with Minnie and Roy, or whether Walt is surveying the Kingdom, and informing Mickey that all of this is his to watch over, I always envision the next "action" occurring after the one frozen in time by this statue is Walt slowly letting go of Mickey's hand.

I don't think this happens as a coarse reminder that Mickey is on his own, but as a bittersweet goodbye between the two. Both knowing that everything will be alright, but at the same time, wishing they could stay together making the Magic together, themselves.

Maybe I'm reading too deeply into a simple statue, but what's the point of the Magic if you can't have a little imagination, and make a little of the Magic for yourself?
