An offer consists of:

• per point price
• confirmation of buyer or seller paying the closing costs (traditionally buyer pays closing costs due to sellers paying sales commission)
• current year's dues reimbursement breakdown (typically, during Right of First Refusal, Disney likes to see buyers contributing towards current year's dues when receiving current year's points)
• No other charges to buyers!

Under normal circumstances, the timeframe for a DVC Resale is about 8 weeks. When an offer is accepted, we prepare the contracts and email them to you. At this time, you will need to sign the contracts and fax or scan/email them to us. Included will be information on where to send your 10% or $1,000 (whichever is higher) deposit. A personal check sent directly to the licensed, bonded and insured title company, which will be held in their escrow account, is required.

We immediately forward all signed contracts to Disney to start the ROFR process. It generally takes Disney 2 to 4 weeks to approve a sale. When Disney approves your contract, it then takes approx. 3 weeks for the title company to get the transaction to closing. At closing the remainder due will need to be a bank wire transfer to the title company or a certified bank check. Once the sale has closed, it takes Disney 7 to 10 days to set up your new membership. Very easy process for buyers!
